Report Pay Scale Reclassification data for Parake employees (HFILTVR0) allows you to lists the employees' cumulated working hours together with the job demand groupings (TVR), that is all the data needed to perform a pay scale reclassification based on TVR hours, as required by the collective agreement for metal workers in Finland.
Depending on the data you have entered in this step and provided that you have customized table TVR Relevant Payscale group/level (V_T7FI510) correctly, the report generates the correct layout.

Requirements
The pay scale group and levels must have been defined in stepRevise Payscale Groups and Levels. Note that in table TVR Relevant Payscale group/level (V_T7FI510) you are not allowed to create or delete any entries, since the pay scale groups and levels created in the above-mentioned step are automatically displayed. Any changes to the pays cale group and levels must be done in the above-mentioned step.

- In the dialog, enter the pay scale type and area.
- To select pay scale groups and levels you want to use for report Pay Scale Reclassification data for Parake employees (HFILTVR0), set the indicator in the TVR Rel field.
- Click Save.
