In this activity, you assign processing / time type classes (P/T) used in time evaluation to absence or attendance types. The class for time evaluation enables you to group time evaluation absences and attendances into classes. You can use process / time types to group the absence and attendance types that are processed identically.

Example

Attendance 0420 (education) in country group 44- Finland is assigned to time evaluation class 01 and to processing/ time type class (P/T) 41.

Requirements

The following infotypes must at least contain one valid absence or attendance record:

  • Absences (2001),
  • Attendances (2002).

Standard settings

The SAP system is shipped with a set of Finnish-specific sample entries:

  • Business trip
  • Seminar/training � Paid
  • Productive TVR hours

Recommendation

To rename processing/time types (P/T), use the last two digits of the attendance/absence subgroup in the mapping table T7FIAWT1.

Activities

  1. Select the attendance or absence type you want to change and click Copy.
  2. You can choose time evaluation class 01, 02 or 03 according to the time evaluation method.
  3. Save your entries.
