Use

In this activity, you can find and identify the contact person for a given role/place of work. Each contact person is defined by his/her assignment to an area and a personnel subarea.

Also, you can use this group to get the address of a place of work stored only in DUCS EDI.

Standard settings

Activities

Specify BRCD as an application and 06 as a country group. Fill the role in the following way:

  • DUCSFR Physical sender
  • DUCSDT Reporting party
  • DUCSDTV VLU reporting party
  • DUCSFZ Grouping entity
  • DUCSEN Reported entity
  • DUCSMR Recipient (OPS)
  • DUCSAE Third party writer

These codes are included in the standard delivery. If an agency (URS/ASS/IRC) does not have a specific code, you can transfer the default codes.

Note:
Specific codes are standard codes to which you add an underscore "_" and the agency first letter/first character Example: DUCSEN_U.
