This activity enables you to map a contribution with BRC personnel type. A contribution is identified by the costs model, the fund and the contribution. The type of range and the contribution share to be taken into account are also entered.
Characteristics
Costs model
In order to avoid multiple entries, only enter this field if the contribution is only to be taken into account for the costs model indicated; if this zone is empty, the system takes into account the contribution independently of the costs model.
If you fill out the costs model for one of the contributions of the personnel type, you must systematically fill out the costs model for all contributions for this type of personnel.
Order number
A BRC personnel type groups the allocated contributions. Each entry is thus identified by a sequence number.
Range type
The types of range supported are:
- TRA,
- TRB,
- TRC,
- FIX, for lump sum contributions
- TTR, indicates that all the ranges are selected in order to avoid a multiple entry.
