Standard settings
The constants used to calculate the IJSS are SMICH, IJMIN, IJMAX and IJCAL
In order to select the reference date used to determine the reference period used in the calculation of the IJSS, you must use the options available in constant IJREF.
Activities
Refresh, where necessary, the value of constant SMICH corresponding to the gross hourly minimum wage.
Refresh, where necessary, the values of constants IJMIN and IJMAX respectively corresponding to the minimum and maximum Social Insurance sick pay per diem.
Where necessary, enter for constant IJCAL a value which corresponds to the processing that you wish to carry out.
If the constant has a value higher than 0, the system will therefore trigger the recalculation of the IJSS at the moment of payment, provided that it has found an IJSS amount deducted as void in infotype Non-productive time (0424).
The entry of this constant is optional: if you do not specify it, or if you do not assign it a void number, there will therefore be neither recalculation of the IJSS during payment, nor disctinction of the compensation period for maternity leave.
