In this activity you indicate the number of days of sick leave that the employer does not pay.
In fact, the French laws on continued pay provide for payment of 90% of a sick employee's wage for a period of 30 days after an unpaid grace period of 10 days has elapsed.
Example
The value entered in the Grace period is 10, because the employee will receive no remuneration during the first 10 days of an absence due to illness.
