Schema FTIR calculates lunch coupons and uses rules FTR1 or FTR2 to do so.
The schema lets you choose the mode of assigning the lunch coupons and accesses the appropriate rule:
FTR1 assigns lunch coupons automaticically
FTR2 assigns lunch coupons by direct user entry (infotype 0015)

The choice between rule FTR1 or FTR2 is made by schema FTIR. The rules in turn use infotypes M191 and M193 respectively to perform the necessary calculations and generate other wage types.

Schema FTIR and rules FTR1 and FTR2 are delivered with the standard system.

Recommendation

Activities

  • Copy the schema to the name range reserved. Change the names of the rules and choose the assignment mode for the lunch coupons.
  • Then copy the two rules that you have renamed to the wage types you created beforehand in the step 'Copy lunch coupon wage types'.
