This work phase enables you to set output measures for the employee for DMO output while respecting the official coding established by the Ministry of Labor and Solidarity (D.A.R.E.S.) by means of the "reasons category".

Modification of the activity status of the infotype "Actions" (0000) or modification of the assignment to an establishment (SIRET) in the infotype "Assignment" (0001) will allow the DMO output program to recognize employee movements (entry/leaving).
For certain activities however, the activity status remains active and it is thus necessary to identify them in the table by means of a "particular action type".
This is the case for a rehiring action the following day and for a simplified hiring action for a person previously excluded from the DMO (definitive hiring of a temporary worker for example).

Requirements

Tables T529A and T530 that contain the action categories and the reasons for these actions must have been set beforehand.

Standard settings

SAP supplies by default in this table a certain number of particular action types and reason categories. Consult the pull-down menus or the corresponding help.

Recommendation

Activities

  1. Consult the list of "action categories" and of "reasons for the action" proposed with the F4 assistance called up from the codes of the first and third column in the table.
  2. Check whether these actions correspond to a particular action type (cf. column "Action type") and/or to one of the reason categories (cf. column "Reason category") proposed by SAP in the pull-down menus or corresponding help.
    Important!
    The action and reason categories not corresponding to any particular action type or any of the reason categories are not to be entered in this table.
  3. In table T5F30 enter all the action and reason categories likely to be associated with
    • one of the particular types of actions proposed,
    • one of the reason categories,
    • the combination of the two.
      Note:
      the column "Reason" has not been entered for the filling in of the DMO.
