This activity enables you to determine, with the help of modifiers defined here (or in the preceding phase), whether the employee is an occasional worker, a temporary worker or an expatriate/impatriate/cross- border worker.

Activities

  1. Define a modifier per personnel domain/subdomain and/or another modifier per employee group/subgroup.
    2. These two modifiers, in the same way as the modifier defined in the previous activity, may be used alone or in combination.
    Define at least one modifier! This modifier is used as an arrow to determine whether the employee is a part of one of these three particular employment categories.
  2. If your employee is an occasional worker, a temporary worker or an expatriate/impatriate/cross-border worker, set his or her particular employment category in table T5F45.
