The new management of contracts is to be used by filling in table T5F42 to set the nature of the work contract (permanent, temporary), calculate the employment period and to enter the particular type work contract.
It is in this work phase that you will perform the setting.

Requirements

You must have managed the value of the CONTR constant in the T511K table.

Activities

1. Fill in the table with the nature and type of work contract for the employee.
   To ensure that the switch from a temporary to a permanent contract and vice versa constitutes a continuous employment period, the days not worked between the two contracts must be non-working days.
2. You may define the modifier "contract category by contract" which you will use in the following work phase to identify the particular employment category of your employee.
