To determine whether a company is obliged to employ challenged persons and to what extent, its staff constraints must first be calculated. To this end the employee contract type and nature must be identified as these elements serve as a basis for the various staff calculation methods.
To obtain the constraint basis, employment "requiring particular conditions of aptitude" must be excluded.
Standard settings
By default, the "contract type" information is generated by the infotype "Contract elements" (0016).
For their part, the INSEE codes are generated by the infotype "Code INSEE" (0217) and correspond to the nomenclature of the professions and socio-professional categories.
Recommendation
Consult the declaration guide and the explanatory notice included in the declaration to obtain the exhaustive list of employment "requiring particular aptitude conditions".
Activities
Use the view V_T5F42 to enter the data relative to the contract type of of your employee.
In table T5F4A, associate the INSEE codes with the "contract indicators requiring particular aptitudes". You may thus select the employment categories to be excluded from the staff constraints.
