This work phase will enable you with the help of modifiers defined here (or in the previous phase) to determine whether the employee is an intermittent worker, temporary worker or a global employee.
For all the other categories of particular employment (homeworker, domestic servant, kindergarten teacher, etc.), you do not have to use this phase, as the entry is made at infotype level "Internal function" (0034).

Activities

  1. You may define a modifier by domain/subdomain for the personnel and/or another modifier by group/subgroup for the employees.

These two modifiers, as well as the modifier defined in the previous work phase, may be used alone or in combination.
It is essential that you have defined at least one modifier of the three that we offer you. You will be able to use it as an arrow to determine whether the employee belongs to one of the three particular employment categories: intermittent worker, temporary worker or global employee.

  1. If your employee is an intermittent worker, temporary worker or a global employee, set his or her particular employment category in table T5F45.
