With regard to filling in the frame "Establishment staff" of the DMO, the employer is obliged to mention whether temporary workers are employed.
To satisfy this legal obligation, you now have the opportunity, even if temporary workers are not included in your system, to declare them by indicating their headcount on the final day of the declaration month.

Activities

If you do not maintain temporary workers in your system, you must set table T5F5Q by using the "NRINTERI" constant for each SIRET number.

Further notes

If however your system manages contracts for temporary workers, the settings must be applied to tables T5F42 and T5F45.
To do this you must follow the instructions of the previous work phases, i.e. "Determine the type/nature of the work contract" and "Define the particular employment category" .
