In this step you make settings for importing technical wage types from the previous payroll run.

To do this you must specify whether and, if applicable, in which form the wage types in this step are to be transferred from the previous payroll run. This is controlled by processing class 06 (Import WTs from old payroll account to LRT).

Activities

To check and, if applicable, change the way in which wage types are transferred from the previous payroll run, please proceed as follows:

  1. Select a wage type and click on Detail.
  2. Specify a new validity period and set the specification for processing class 06, if applicable.
