Schema F13M can be chosen from payroll accounting rules F810 (Payment June/November), F811 (Payment December) and F812 (Payment June). If necessary, you can also implement your own sequence of rules.

Wage type M714 is used to effect payment of the 13th month's salary. This wage type is preset in rule F815. If you wish to use a different wage type, simply copy this rule and overwrite the wage type it contains. You must then also rename your copy of the rule accordingly.

Standard settings

The standard SAP system uses rule F812 in schema FC00 to control payment of the 13th month's salary.

Activities

  1. Decide which variant you want to use. Activate the name of the variant in the source text of the schema and deactivate both of the other variants. If you want to use your own rule, enter it and then deactivate or delete the other rules from the schema source text.
  2. Carry out the changes described above for the other rules. Do not forget to change the name of a new rule in the source text of the rule it refers to.
