In this step you define the employee groups that are required to establish the statement. These personnel types are specific to each organization. The BRC, URSSAF and ASSEDIC service specifications provide you with the coding used.

Example

For URSSAF:

  • 100A for 'Standard case: IA rate'
  • 100D for 'Standard case without maximum limit'
  • 100P for 'Standard case with maximum limit'
  • 260D for 'CSG' (standardized SI contribution applicable to everyone)
  • 900P for 'Transportation'

For ASSEDIC:

  • 100 for 'RAC: Level A'
  • 101 for 'RAC: Level B'
  • 103 for 'RAC: Employee contribution exemptions'
  • 201 for 'ASF: Level A'
  • 301 for 'FNGS'

Recommendation

when you set the parameters for this table, respect the standardization proposed by the DUCS Statement. The coding for employee groups is not coordinated amongst the organizations.

In the case of URSSAF, the following rules apply:

  • The first three characters must be numeric (see the list of employee groups).
  • For the fourth character you have three options:
    • A = the employee group contains the industrial accident contribution,
    • D = the employee group contains the contributions with no maximum limit,
    • P = the employee group contains the contributions with a maximum limit,

For ASSEDIC, however, you need only enter the first three characters.

Please consult the other insurance bodies for information on their respective coding conventions.
