The settings for the 'Bilan Social' and Declaration 2483 are made by combining several coded indicators that are grouped together by subject in table T5F5F. Each indicator is linked to one or more selection criteria, enabling the table parameters to be set up. The indicator and its selection criteria are identified by one field in the table.
Standard settings
The indicators and selection criteria are already predefined in the standard SAP system.
Each indicator corresponds to a processing procedure for Declaration 2483. Depending on the link between 'Type of training' and 'Finance category' entered in infotype 1601 (Training Module), the indicator for a given type of training can be assigned to the relevant part of form 2483.
The selection criteria used for Declaration 2483 are as follows:
EXCOS and BUCOS define the nature of the training costs incurred by the enterprise: * EXCOS (type BS:3 ; activity:1 ; indicator:0026) are used to assign any external training costs. * BUCOS (type BS:3 ; activity:1 ; indicator:0025) are used to select internal costs for materials, equipment and premises.
HEBER and TRANS (type BS:3 ; activity:1 ; indicator:0210) help to calculate the trip costs of internal trainers and participants. They specify accommodation and transportation costs, respectively.
MOINS and MMOIN (type BS:3 ; activity:1 ; indicator:0029) specify the wage types that must be subtracted from gross pay calculations in order to obtain the labor costs of in-house trainers and employees taking part in the training.
CONTR (type BS:3 ; activity:1 ; indicator:0019) is used to select the type of contract issued to employees taking part in work release training schemes.
The EXCOS selection criterion assigns costs such as 'training plan' -> 'course' to 'Expense amount', item 4 (External training costs, training plan) of Declaration 2483.
The EXCOS selection criterion also assigns costs such as 'training plan' -> 'counselling' to item 9 (Training counselling expenses) of Declaration 2483.
Activities
The settings in table T5F5F are made by linking each selection criterion to a value or set of values to be entered in the 'ValCrit' field. These values ensure that the training costs are assigned correctly. They are output from other tables or infotypes, as described below:
The values linked to the EXCOS or BUCOS selection criteria must be defined beforehand in T77KB, the customizing table for personnel planning. The relevant IMG activity is 'Define cost elements'. The values must also be entered in the 'Costs' infotype (1036).
When you are defining the values in table T77KB: - if you opt for cost assignment by participant and - if the status of the course in question is 'planned', the training costs output by the 'Personnel planning' module are calculated on the basis of the optimum number of training participants.
The values linked to the HEBER and TRANS selection criteria are defined in table T706B1.
The values linked to the MOINS and MMOIN selection criteria are wage types from table T512W. These wage types must be subtracted from the gross wages (/700) for temporary personnel or internal trainers to obtain the hourly wage needed for Declaration 2483. The result of this calculation is multiplied by the number of training hours and then cumulated in the relevant part of form 2483.
The values linked to the CONTR selection criterion correspond to the type of contract selected in the 'Contract Elements' infotype (0016).
Example
The MOINS selection criterion is linked to wage type /P001, which is entered in the 'ValCrit' field. The following formula is used to calculate the hourly cost per employee: /700 (Gross pay + employer deductions) - /P001 (Sickness contrib., ER) ---------------------------------------------------- * no. training hrs /921 (Hours worked)
Depending on the type of training, the result is cumulated either under 'Temporary personnel remuneration' or 'Costs of training counselling' in form 2483.
