In the 'Bilan Social', the employees of the company may be divided according to two types of categorization, each containing a certain number of socio-professional categories.

Note:
They will be used in infotype 'Bilan Social' (0233) as in this instance each employee will be assigned a socio-professional category in categorization 1 and 2.

Standard settings

Categorization "1" is supplied by SAP with 5 predefined socio-professional categories (for information purposes).

Activities

This work phase enables you to define a certain number of socio-professional categories depending on whether a simple ("1") or more detailed ("2") categorization is used. Each category has a number, a short text displayed by the program and a long descriptive text.

For each of these categorizations, you have the opportunity to define as many socio-professional categories as you would like, but the 'Bilan Social' output program can display at most 15.
