Each absence and attendance is assigned an absence or attendance type, which defines the absence or attendance more precisely.

Example

You assign modifier 06 to personnel subarea FR01-0001.

Possible examples of absence and attendance types would be:
0100 Annual leave
0150 Paid maternity leave
0200 Sickness
0201 Short-term sickness
0270 Accident
0302 Wedding leave
0400 Business trip
0401 External training
0500 Time in lieu
0511 Works council delegate
0606 Late for work
0701 Unpaid leave
