In this IMG activity you determine whether work center substitutions which involve a different rate of payment should be taken into account in daily processing.
Example
An employee has a work center substitution with alternative payment to the one of his normal work center.
An ALP split indicator is set for all imported time pairs during the substitution period. This is done in personnel calculation schema TC00 using function A2003.
Requirements
Standard settings
Function A2003 is active.
Recommendation
Activities
- Decide whether work center substitutions which involve an alternative rate of payment will be carried out in your company.
- If not, deactivate function A2003 in personnel calculation schema TC00.
Further notes
If an ALP split already exists for a time pair, an error message is issued and the evaluation is interrupted for the employee in question.
