In this step, you can maintain processing class 62.
This processing class defines whether or not a wage type should be included when calculating the monthly proportional amount corresponding to special payments (pro rate).
The following values are possible:
- '0': The wage type is not taken into account,
- '1': The wage type is taken into account.
Example
An employee receives two special payments per year, one in July and another at Christmas. The sum of the two is 120,000 pesetas.
The monthly proportional amount is 10,000 pesetas.
Assign the special payments wage types the value 1 in processing class 62.
Requirements
You must previously have defined your wage type catalog.
Activities
Maintain the value corresponding to processing class 62 in all special payment wage types.
