In this IMG activity you establish whether in your company the regulatory base can exceed the maximum limit established by Social Insurance for the industrial accident/industrial disease (IA/ID) quotas contribution base.
This is done through the CHREG control constant. This constant, when activated, monitors the resulting regulatory base amount for industrial accident/ disease (IA/ID) quotas, and replaces the amount with the maximum limit where the limit shall be exceeded.
Example
When an employee has a high overtime average, the TI (temporary incapacity) regulatory base can easily exceed the maximum limit.
Standard settings
In the standard SAP system, the CHREG constant is supplied with value '1' (active) by default.
Activities
- Check the standard SAP setting.
- If necessary, assign to the setting the corresponding value.
Note:
Bear in mind that if you change the value of a SAP standard constant, you run the risk of SAP overwriting the value in a future release or future update.
