This IMG activity is particularly useful for creating supplementary TCs for Social Insurance in the event of retroactive changes to an employee's data. Through this activity you can determine criteria to direct the employee's TC to either the set of positive TCs or the set of negative TCs.
This criteria is stored in the TCNEG constant.
Example
An employee's TC can flow to the negative set if, as a result of the change made, at least one of the TC fields is negative, and also if its contribution to the total payment is negative.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard SAP system, the TCNEG constant has the value '1' (at least one TC field must be negative.)
Recommendation
SAP recommends you do not change the value of this constant.
Activities
- Check the standard value of constant TCNEG suits your requirements. If necessary, assign the corresponding value.
Note:
The customer constants should start with 'Z'. If you change the value of a standard SAP constant, you run the risk of SAP overwriting the value in a future release or a future system update.
