If your company works with Social Insurance in regards to industrial accidents and industrial disease (IAID), you can use this IMG activity to optimize the calculation of Incapacity, Death and Bereavement (IMS) Social Insurance contributions.
This optimisation can be achieved using constant OPTAA. This control constant allows you to choose between two options:
- Do not optimize, in which case the system will always use epigraph 126 to calculate temporary incapacity contributions.
- Optimize, in which case the system looks for the lowest-cost epigraph to calculate the IMS contribution.

In the standard SAP system, constant OPTAA has the value '0', which means the contribution will always be calculated using epigraph 126.

Check the value of constant OPTAA and adjust it according to your requirements.
