All catastrophe overtime hours above the limit stipulated by law must be considered as general overtime in terms of Social Insurance contributions.
In this IMG activity mechanisms are set to control the annual limit on catastrophe overtime via the EHESW constant, which activates the control, and the EHEXT constant, which defines the annual limit on catastrophe overtime.
Standard settings
In the SAP standard version, the EHESW constant takes the value '1' and the EHEXT constant takes the value '80'.
Activities
- Check the SAP model entries and adapt them to your needs where necessary.
- Check the EHESW constant.
If necessary, assign the value and validity interval that best suit your company. - Check the EHEXT constant.
- If you have created your own wage types, check that processing class 06 has the correct value for importing data from the LRT (control activated via infotype 2010). The same applies to processing class 30 if you have chosen the control activated via overtime wage types.
- Include your overtime wage types in the wage type group HE for them to be processed.
