An absence quota type corresponding to vacation must exist.

1. Determine the personnel area and subarea to which the new absence compensation is going to be assigned.

2. Define the new absence compensation's name.

3. Choose a counting rule that corresponds to vacation. By informing the counting rule it is not necessary to inform the absence type.

You want to create a compensation type called "Compens.vacacion.convenio" and assign it to the counting rule "Vacaciones".
