In this IMG activity you can define the procedure used to calculate the annual average overtime of an employee, if your company uses deferred period processing for the relevant absences. This average is used to calculate the contribution basis for IA/ID-related risks in case of temporary incapacity.
The SAP system allows you to calculate this average value in two different ways.
The first option uses the overtime element of the IA/ID risks basis, limited by the maximum limit published by Social Insurance, regardless of its real amount (monthly limit).
The second option allows you to use the annual average of an employee's total overtime amount (annual limit) for calculating the regulatory basis.
Standard settings
The SAP standard settings always use the first method for calculating this average.
Recommendation
Adjust the SAP standard settings according to your own requirements.
Activities
- Enter the following values in parameter 3 of function ESV00 according to your own needs:
- Value '1' - Use the monthly limit
- Value '2' - Use the annual limit
Note:
If parameter 3 is not maintained, the system will automatically use the value '1'.
- Change the call to subschema ESVD in schema E000 of your own system.
Further notes
If you do not want to change the SAP standard settings, you can use the ESV0 standard subschema directly.
