In this IMG activity you can assign the head office identifier for Social Insurance purposes. The number you assign has to be unique and cannot be reused.
In the second step of this IMG activity, you can maintain the address and other data relevant to data exchange through the RED system for the work center defined as the head office.
Example
Company 1, defined in the previous step, has three work centers:
- Center 1
- Center 2
- Center 3,
and you want to assign Center 1 as the head office.
Requirements
You must previously have defined the company groups/groupings according to your own requirements in the Define company groups/groupings IMG activity, and you must also have assigned each company to its corresponding group in the Create Social Insurance company data IMG activity. Finally, you must have assigned a head office to each group of companies in the Assign company head office to company groups/ groupings IMG activity.
