All employees covered by the Bank Agreement are entitled to receive an 'attendance and punctuality bonus'.
The bonus is accrued daily for actual and punctual work attendance Attendance that is not punctual on a particular day will result in only half of the bonus being accrued on that day. The bonus amount accrued by each worker will be paid in the monthly payroll.
Lack of punctuality is determined in accordance with the Internal Regulations of each company.
In this IMG activity you can define:
- the constant amount that is to be used for valuating the attendance and punctuality bonus
- the way this bonus will be automatically generated and calculated
Requirements
You must previously have defined the attendance and punctuality bonus wage type.
Standard settings
There is a SAP model wage type for the attendance and punctuality bonus.
Recommendation
Modify the SAP model wage type according to your needs.
Activities
- Check the SAP model wage type.
- If you wish to define your own attendance and punctuality bonus wage types, perform the following steps:
- Replace model wage type BPAP, which is located under payroll modifier 01 in the standard system, with the user wage type you defined earlier.
- Enter the constant amount corresponding to the cost-of-living allowance.
- Copy standard rule EBAP into rule ZBAP.
- For each payroll type in rule ZBAP, replace model wage type BPAP with the wage type that you defined earlier.
- Change the call to rule EBAP in subschema ECB0 to ZBAP.
Further notes
You can use model wage type BPAP and standard rule EBAP directly if you do not want to change model wage type 'attendance punctually bonu'.
