All employees covered by the Bank Agreement are entitled to receive an amount for 'bolsa de vacaciones' on the first day of their annual leave period, according to the month or months on which they take their leave.

In this IMG activity you can define:

  • the constant amounts that will be used to valuate the 'bolsa de vacaciones' according to the month on which leave is taken.
  • the automatic generation and processing of the "bolsa de vacaciones".

Example

  • An employee covered by the Bank Agreement who takes leave in June 1995 will receive 15,901 pesetas by way of 'bolsa de vacaciones'.
  • An employee covered by the bank agreement who takes leave in May 1995 will receive 25,441 pesetas by way of 'bolsa de vacaciones'.

Requirements

You must previously have defined the 'bolsa de vacaciones' wage type.

Standard settings

There is SAP model wage type for the "bolsa de vacaciones".

Recommendation

Modify the SAP model wage type according to your needs.

Activities

  1. Define the constant amounts for valuating the 'bolsa de vacaciones':
    1. The amount for June, July, August and September.
    2. The amount for March, April, May and October.
    3. The amount for January, February, November and December.
  2. Check the SAP model wage type.
  3. Modify the model wage type or define the generation of your own "bolsa de vacaciones" wage type according to your needs.
    1. In the 'Bank Leave' absence, replace BBV1 model wage type with the wage type you defined earlier.
    2. Copy standard rule EBBV to rule ZBBV.
  4. In rule ZBBV, replace model wage type BBV1 for the wage type you defined earlier.
  5. Change the call to the rule EBBV in subschema ECB0 to ZBBV.

Further notes

If you do not want to change the generation of the bolsa de vacaciones model wage type, You can use model wage type BBV1 and standard rule ECP0 directly.
