In this IMG activity you can define the group of employees to whom the monthly rounding will be applied after trimming back the worked days basis in accordance with the maximum and minimum limits. This step is normally used for monthly employees without part-time contracts.
You can set the employees for this particular step using constant TRAME.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the SAP standard settings, constant TRAME is assigned the value '1' (monthly employees without a part-time contracts).
Activities
- Check the standard SAP settings.
- If required, enter the appropriate value.
Note:
Please note that customer constants must begin with 'Z'. If you change the value of a standard SAP constant, you run the risk of SAP overwriting the value in a later release or a later system maintenance.
