In this IMG activity, you can define the group of employees for whom monthly rounding off will be applied before the corresponding basis for the number of days worked is trimmed in accordance with maximum and minimum limits. This step is normally used to round off the contribution bases of employees with part-time contracts.
You can define the group of employees for this step using constant TTPME.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the SAP standard settings, the TTPME constant is assigned the value '12' (all the employees on part-time contracts).
Activities
- Check the standard SAP settings.
- If necessary, enter the appropriate value.
Nota:
Please note that customer constants must begin with the letter 'Z'. If you change the value of a standard SAP constant, you run the risk of SAP over-writing the value in a later release or a later system maintenance.
