A employee's contribution bases can be obtained by calculating the sum of remuneration paid within the contribution month, the proportional part of the special gratuities that have been set, and other payment items that are paid more than once per month, or that are non-recurring and paid within the year.
In this IMG activity you can define the wage types relevant to the pro rate calculation.
Example
An employee's special Christmas payment is included in the pro rate calculation.
Requirements
You must previously have defined the wage types used in your company.
Standard settings
SAP contains model entries.
Recommendation
Adjust the SAP model entries according to your needs.
Activities
- Check the SAP model entries.
- Adjust the model entries or define new ones according to your needs.
- According the the nature of each wage type, specify whether or not it should be included in the pro rate calculation, by assigning the appropriate value to Processing class 62.
