In this IMG activity you can define the calculation method to be used for calculating the standard wage maintenance daily basis.
Example
The standard wage maintenance daily basis for an employee in a temporary incapacity situation is made up of the daily basic salary and seniority amounts.
An employee's basic daily salary is calculated by dividing the monthly amount by 30 days.
The daily basic salary of an industrial worker is calculated by dividing the monthly amount by the number of calendar days in the month.
Requirements
You must previously have defined the wage types that are used to form the standard wage maintenance daily basis.

Standard SAP calculation methods are provided.
Recommendation
Adjust the standard calculation methods according to your requirements.
Activities
- Check the standard SAP calculation methods.
- Adjust or create new methods according to your needs.
- Copy standard rule E0ID into rule Z0ID.
- In rule Z0I0, change the calculation method for the standard wage maintenance dayily basis for each payroll type.
- Replace the call to rule E0ID in subschema ET0D with Z0ID.
Further notes
Omit points 2 to 4, inclusive, and use standard rule E0I0 if you do not want to change the standard SAP calculation methods.
