Requirements

Before this you must define:

  • The main contribution account code
  • The contribution account code for apprentice contracts
  • The contribution account code for part-time contracts with a duration of less than 12 hours weekly or 48 hours monthly.

Likewise you should take into account the existing Social Insurance centers.

Standard settings

Activities

Introduce the following information for each existing contribution account code and Social Insurance center in your organization:

  • Company name
  • Address
    1. Zip code
    2. Town

Example

The address of a company with the contribution account code 28/111111268 could be:
