- Main contribution account code
- Contribution account code for training contracts (if the company is authorised to use this contract category)
- Contribution account code for reduced part-time contracts (if the company is authorised to use this contract category).
- The center's social insurance ID code.
- The Social Insurance Administration office assigned to the company.
- Health insurance company (if the company has a contract
with a health insurance company) - The company group/ grouping that the company belongs to, if you want to send Social Insurance contribution data jointly with other companies.
Requirements
You must previously have defined:
- Your company's personnel areas and subareas
- The Social Insurance office or local offices that are relevant to your company.
- Health insurance companies which provide health cover in the event of temporary incapacities.
- Company groups, if necessary.

SAP contains model entries.
Recommendation
Adjust the SAP model entries according to your own requirements.
Activities
Adjust or create new entries according to your needs and assign the companies to their corresponding group.
