  • Main contribution account code
  • Contribution account code for training contracts (if the company is authorised to use this contract category)
  • Contribution account code for reduced part-time contracts (if the company is authorised to use this contract category).
  • The center's social insurance ID code.
  • The Social Insurance Administration office assigned to the company.
  • Health insurance company (if the company has a contract
    with a health insurance company)
  • The company group/ grouping that the company belongs to, if you want to send Social Insurance contribution data jointly with other companies.

Requirements

You must previously have defined:

  • Your company's personnel areas and subareas
  • The Social Insurance office or local offices that are relevant to your company.
  • Health insurance companies which provide health cover in the event of temporary incapacities.
  • Company groups, if necessary.
