The company groups you define here will enable you to send data corresponding to different companies together in one single posting.

Example

You want to jointly submit the contribution slips of three Madrid-based companies to Social Insurance, because they have all been assigned to the same Social Insurance collection office.

Define the company groups you require in the system.

Further notes

Once you have defined the company groups, you need to:

• Assign your companies to these groups by means of the Create company social insurance data IMG activity
• Assign a head office to your company using the Assign head office to company groups/ groupings IMG activity
• Assign the corresponding main office using the Define main office for Social Insurance IMG activity.
