You can use this IMG activity to assign a head office to each company group or grouping that you have previously defined for the purposes of exchanging data with the Social Insurance Administration through the RED system.
Note:
You do not need to perform this activity unless you want to submit data to social insurance jointly with other companies.
Example
You have defined a group of three companies located in Madrid:
- Company 1
- Company 2
- Company 3,
and you want to define Company 2 as the head office.
Requirements
You must previously have defined the company groups or groupings that apply to you in the 'Define company groups/groupings' IMG activity. You must also have assigned each company to its corresponding group in the 'Create Social Insurance company data' IMG activity.
Standard settings
SAP contains model entries.
Recommendation
Use the SAP model entries as a guide to create your own.
Activities
Use the F4 key to select the head office for each company group or grouping.
