In this step, you determine how many capital formation contracts your employees can have at the same time. Each contract is recorded in a subtype in order to make for a clearer structure of the infotype. The subtypes within an infotype can have different time constraints. The time constraint determines whether or not there can be several entries of the same subtype at one particular point in time.

Standard settings

In the standard R/3 system, 10 capital formation contracts are allowed per employee.

If employees in your company have more than 10 contracts, make further entries in this step.
