Use
In this IMG activity, you can group together your already defined personnel areas and personnel subareas into one or more areas for evaluations. This grouping is stored in the feature Grouping of Personnel Areas (DZUBT) in the standard SAP system. In the evaluation reports, you can use a parameter to specify a feature name that carries out the above-mentioned grouping.
The following evaluations use a feature for a grouping:
- Social insurance statement (RPCSVCD0)
- DUEVO statement (RPCDUMD0)
- Wage tax return (RPCSTAD0)
- Certificate of income tax deduction (RPCSTBD0)
- Trade tax analysis (RPCSTGD0)
- Declaration made by third-party debtor (RPCPDRD0)
Example
You have several personnel areas with a variety of personnel areas and would now like to group together personnel subarea 0002 in personnel area 0001 with personnel subarea 0001 in personnel area 0001. You then maintain Feature DZUBT as follows: Variables Argument F D Operations
D INSTITUTIONS
0001 D BTRTL
0001 0001 &DZUBT=00010001,
0001 0002 &DZUBT=00010001,
0001 **** &DZUBT=0001****,
**** &DZUBT=********,

Requirements
You have defined your personnel areas and personnel subareas.
For each individual evaluation, a check must now be run to test whether a grouping together of personnel areas or personnel subareas makes sense.
Taxes are shown per income tax place of work in the employment tax notification. If different income tax places of work (= different personnel areas, personnel subareas) are grouped together in the feature, this would also causes incorrect results.
Standard settings
No default settings exist since you must define your personnel areas in any case. In the standard SAP system, feature DZUBT is provided with an entry, in which no grouping is carried out.
Activities
Maintain feature DZUBT if you would like to group together personnel areas and personnel subarea.
Further notes
In some evaluations, for example DUEVO statement or declaration made by third-party debtor, only the sender specifications are grouped together, for example the address of the employer. If you use grouping, you must maintain the addresses of the grouped together personnel area and personnel subarea in the following section Addresses of the employer.
