In this step, you maintain the addresses of your personnel areas and your personnel subareas. This address is used in the subsequent evaluations of payroll accounting.
Standard settings
The addresses are stored dependent on an adress and an ID.
In the standard SAP R/3 System, the address is made up of the personnel area and the personnel subarea.
The field Id. has the following meaning in the standard SAP R/3 System:
- At = Name of the company
- B = Additional specification for the name
- C = Street/P.O. Box
- D = Postal/ZIP code / City
- E = Additional specification for the city
- F = Country
- G = Telephone number
- H = Short DUEVO address
- I = Department
