In the Maintain Company Features work step, you assign the following company features to your personnel areas and personnel subareas:
- Company number (assigned by the employment office)
- Paying office number
- West indicator / East indicator
- Federal state
- Municipality number
If you have a miners# company number assigned to you by the Federal Institute for Miners# Insurance for certain personnel (sub)areas, you enter this company number in the second work step: Maintain Company Number Miners' and Mine-Employees' Insurance.
Requirements
- You have defined your personnel areas.
- Clarify the specifications of the above-mentioned company-internal features.
Standard settings
No default settings exist, since you must define your personnel areas in any case.
Activities
Find the specification of the above-mentioned company features for all personnel areas and personnel subareas. Maintain the features in the subsequent screen per personnel area and personnel subarea.
