In this step, you specify how the period balances of the individual time types are generated and updated.
Example
You want the time type flextime balance to be cumulated periodically, and want both the day and period balance of the time type to be stored.
Requirements
If you want to transfer time to the total for the day or period, you must have made entries in the appropriate fields when you defined
time types.
Standard settings
In the standard system, time types provided for transfer to the period total are cumulated periodically in the corresponding time type. Time types for transfer to the day total are cumulated on a daily basis.
Recommendation
Never deactivate the function CUMBT, otherwise the day and period totals will not be stored. If you do not want to cumulate certain time types in day and period totals, you must indicate this in the Define time types step.

Check whether the time types for transfer to the day and period total are set up correctly.
