The age level can be specified according to age and payment group, from which a NFGEA is generated when a person is hired (NFGEA National Federation of German Employer Associations).

Further notes

You can control which age level the employee has for the automatic determination of the pay and reference seniority when a person is hired. The classification occurs on the basis of age, pay scale group and seniority group. Because these entries must be time related, you can also depict the required comparison calculation in BAT VKA ??? for example (CAGCS Collective Agreement for the German Civil Service; UCEA Union of Communal Employer Associations).

These entries in requirement age level for NFGEA are only essential when the NFGEA model 08 is used (NFGEA National Federation of German Employers Associations).
