Here you maintain the parameters for determining the NFGEA.
Further notes
To automatically determine the pay seniority and reference seniority, the parameter NFGEA determination must be maintained (NFGEA - the National Federation of German Employer Associations).
The 1st age level, entrance age for the first level, and the last age level (end level), must be defined for each pay scale type, pay scale area and pay scale group/pay group/wage group. If a NFGEA model is used that only takes into account half of the time, and is based on age, then you must enter the age limit as of which only half of the amount can be credited.
All entries must be maintained with a start and end date.
Example
When determining the NFGEA from the age of 35, the CAGCS Federal/Local credits only a half for payment group I (CAGCS - Collective Agreement for the German Civil Service). The entrance age for the first level is 23. The correct entry for the parameter NFGEA determination is:

The entries for CAGCS UCEA (Union of Communal Employer Associations) could look like the following for example:
