Use
You use this IMG activity to enter the coding number of the hospital.
The 6-digit coding number is allocated by the responsible State Statistics Office. It is composed from the 2-digit number (federal state) and the 4-digit hospital number.
State number and hospital number = > Coding number
In the statistics in accordance with the statistical regulatory requirements for hospitals (KHStatV), this coding number must be provided on the transferred data record.
Requirements
The coding number for your hospital is provided by the responsible state statistics office.
Activities
Enter the 6-digit coding number as follows in the Encryption Number of Hospital group box:
- From the selection list for the State , select the state that corresponds to the first two digits (for example, 08 Baden Württemberg).
- In the Hospital Number input field, enter the remaining 4 digits of the coding number (this is the number of your hospital).
- Choose Save.
Example
Coding number of hospital: 084711
- Digits 1-2: 08 -> State number for the federal state of Baden-Württemberg
- Digits 3-6: 4711 -> Hospital number
State number Hospital number => Coding number
08 4711 => 084711
