In college statistics, the college and the employee´s specialist area for post-doctoral thesis are determined using the school type from the Training (P0022) infotype. To facilitate these entries in P0022, create the "post-doctoral thesis" school type in this step.
In the system, the value 'HB' is used for the "post-doctoral thesis" school type.
Afterwards, determine which school certificate is permitted for the "post-doctoral thesis" school type. This is important because, when creating training data, a check is made to see if the school certificate entered is permitted for the school type entered. In the standard system, for the "post-doctoral thesis" school type, a record is created with the value left blank.
If you do not want to set up a "post-doctoral thesis" school type, then you can use the values supplied.
Finally, the specialist areas of the post-doctoral thesis are set up and saved in the employee´s Training infotype (P0022) in "specialist area 1" (for third level), and "specialist area 2" (for fourth level) in conjunction with the school type 'HB'.
Note the following procedure when creating:
-The 3rd level is created with sign '3'.
-The 4th level (only the last three places) is created with sign '40'
