Use
Note:
You can only execute this IMG activity when the reduction method is initial, meaning that the Reduction Method PC Values input field in the selection screen of the Hospital Statistics report (RPSKHSD0) is initial. Then the full-time equivalents are read from the results table (RT) from payroll.
In hospital statistics, it is also necesssary to provide information on full time employees.
Full time employees are calculated and saved in payroll accounting. The value is stored in a technical wage type. In the system, the wage type /OV1 is used as a standard.
This technical wage type contains the calculation basis for calculating a full time employee value. This value takes a reduction for part-time and a daily reduction on entering or leaving employment, into account. In contrast to this, overtime hours and on-call services do not, however, cause a change in the calculation basis.
When calculating full time employee values, cumulated payroll results are evaluated from table CRT in the last month which payroll has been run for.
Further notes
You can also delete the standard entry, if you want to define the full time employee calculation using a completely different wage type list.
If you have not set up your own wage types for calculating full time employee values, you can use the entries provided.
Activities
- If you have set up further or other wage types for calculating full time employee values, include these in the list. It is sufficient to enter the wage type in the Wage type field with the cumulation wage type VKG1, and to specify if this wage type should be added or subtracted when calculating full time employee values (field RZ).
- Choose Save.
