In this step, you determine for which funds from infotype Supplementary insurance D (0079) a statement of contributions paid supplementary benefits should be created, and which personnel areas and personnel subareas participate in supplementary benefit. You also specify a personnel area as sender for supplementary benefit and you store the respective ER number. Finally, you still specify per fund, from which subtype of infotype Supplementyary benefits D (0126) the membership number of the insured persons should be determined.

Activities

Determine the sending personnel area, the ER number and the subtype by calling up the personnel areas, personnel subareas and by calling up the fund.
