Define Percentages for Supplementary Insurance for Bank Employees New Regulations from the 1st June 1999
Requirements
In the personnel calculation rule DVB8, you can determine which rule should be used to read table T5D1X. Table T5D1X contains the percentages for the employer and employee share of the supplementary insurance for bank employees.
In the standard system, personnel calculation rule DVB8 is delivered in such a way that rule 001 of table T5D1X applies for all employees.
If you want to define a different allocation of the employer and employee share of the total contribution for supplementary insurance for bank employees within your company, you read the personnel areas in rule DVB8 accordingly, assign one of the rules in table T5D1X to the personnel areas and then store the percentages for these in table T5D1X.
Standard settings
The standard setup forsees that a total contribution of 3.5% for supplementary insurance for bank employees is to be paid and that the employer and employee pay half each (1.75% each).
